Reflection 2

 

In the second part of Academic Reading and Writing we studied about how to write essays. We wrote two essays so I am going to write about them, how the course helped me to improve my writing skills, how I will use my skills in the future and how good writing skills are important for future success.

About the first essay I choose the topic it was an interesting topic to read but writing about was hard because of the difficult vocabulary. When I was writing I felt that I had poor vocabulary because I didn’t use a wide range of words. About the second essay we were suppose to write about some contents of a video that we watched. When I was writing I felt like it was something easy to do, I read the sentences then I used my own word that different from the words of the websites. My writing skills have improved since the beginning of the course because I really read a lot of good essays. I think I would use my skills in my future job because most of jobs need to write about how I did the assignment. Good writing skills are important for future success because my work mates would to writing tasks so I would have a job.

What I enjoyed in this course is that I used technology more often to do my work and the fact that my writing skills are getting better. And I hope it was helpful to everyone.
